This service was EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT. I couldn't believe how quickly I got e everything back. Truthfully, I gave this designer my input on a logo, just some basic colors and said I wasn't sold on anything. They pitched me 4 concepts and I went with one of theirs because it was so much better than my ideas. If you don't know what you're looking for, don't look any further! The social media package was the way to go as well. Totally would have paid more

Austin is really responsive, always replied back to my concerns.
If you are looking for an ordinary logo then that is fine, don't expect something outstanding like the pieces in his portfolio though.
I found it hard to get something really good looking that I could use and be proud of, even with very specific instructions and showing examples to almost replicate.
He kept on trying but I soon saw that he didn't have the design talent to do what I wanted. Maybe the person who normally does the logo designs (the ones from the portfolio) was on holiday and they had a stand-in, I'm not sure.
I'm sure for certain types of logos he would be fine, just not a contemporary style.

Easy, fun and uplifting even! I know it wasn't the cheapest choice, but for me quality is number one factor along with communication.
We got what we came for - and more! In the middle of the order we got an idea and wanted to upgrade the deal to include four additional customer images and it was so flexible and smooth with this team. They very professionally checked each image individually to get feedback and make them perfect while avoiding all confusion.
I will definitely order again and recommend.
