This was my second time working with the seller, this experience was not as good as the first. I decided to add the style guide, stationary and business cards since my logo came out amazing. Unfortunately, this experience was tough. My initial deliveries did not meet my specifications, it was clear they had not look at my specification and examples because I received a delivery that look nothing like what I requested. I eventually got what I asked for, but it took a lot of back and forth. Overall communication was exceptional, they even went the extra step to create the QR Code, I wanted for my business cards. Yes, I would use them again, but I would never add on a service.

Here is why I continue to work with Cecilia! When things go smooth everyone's happy but when they don't go smooth it's how things are handled that determines a positive or negative outcome. Unfortunately, our normal smooth design process didn't happen this time. The first round of drafts came back underwhelming, the second the team didn’t like and the third we knew we weren’t on the right track. Cecilia immediately started from scratch after all this time spent already and crushed out an amazing design that we were all extremely happy with. IMO this could have gone not so well but she was determined to come through as promised. This is why I keep coming back. Thank you! 5 Stars!

My heart is in my mouth at the moment, my eyes swell with tears. Cecilla has made me so happy. When I opened the file and saw my logo, I automatically started dancing, "Hercules, Hercules". Cecilla was professional, she was so accomodating, I was so unlearnt in this entire process and she came thru!!!!!! I know that I will be referring her to everyone and I will be coming back.
