Not sure if there was a Language barrier. Not pleased with the service that I received . I would mark the logo up for revisions and things were done to the logo I did not want. This process went on for awhile requested a cancelation but He refused. Then tried another revision and it came back even worse than before. He did not follow the revision notes. Sense He would not allow cancelation of this . Waisted time and money I end up having to go to another service. I would not recommend

1. The designer was not able to describe the design she suggested, which would have been necessary to decide if an idea had potential. The designer did not read feedback during process, e.g. A - she kept providing suggestions in capital letters when at an early stage the statement was to avoid this. B - The designer neglected the strong wish to keep a design readable. 3. The designer ultimately failed to provide creative solutions.
