I am happy with the logo but the process of getting there was a struggle I purchased the standard package, but after first revision I was asked to upgrade to the premium, I did not pay and argued I was eligable to unlimited revisions The main issue was the following of instructions, I laid it out in clear bullet points, but things were missed repeatedly, I dont know if they were rushing, or if its a problem with the language barrier, but it was a problem I found myself chasing them for an update alot, deadlines were missed, a 3 day time extension was requested right at the beginning of the order. Order took over a month in total Good feedback is that shadhin is very polite, & fair price
Seller's Response:Thanks for your valuable feedback. Our Standard package is only 3 concept and Unlimited Revisions. We already send him 3 concepts. But he needs more new concept then we tell to Upgrade your package to premium, so we can send you more concept but he was angry with me. I think he don't know what is different between Concept and Revisions. After end of the results we send him total 10+ new concept and then he was happy and accept the delivery. End of the Journey we learn may new experience we take time 30 day because he doesn't agree to upgrade the package and for every new concept we take time. But he is a good person and I wish next before place order he send us message and discuss about price so we give him all the facilities. Thank you so much
