Seller seemed to have an attitude when I was trying to explain what I wanted done. I explained to her that I don’t No anything about designing logos, how the fonts makes words look etc. That’s the purpose of hiring a professional. She sent me a message back with all caps to let me know she was frustrated. In the end, I was not going to settle for less. I gave her 1 start but she FINALLY completed the way I requested. BUT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I thank Fiverr but no, I WOULD NOT BE INTERESTED IN USING SELLER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I explained clearly that I'm using the same color for all the concepts and due to font thickness you will see a different. After 2 messages of explaining again and again you didn't accept my words. You have to trust the designer. That is why I had to use capital letters for some words to point it out. But I didn't message you all the caps in my message like you mentioned here. Don't lie. I have all the records if I have a chance to show to the public.
