Very prompt replies to messages. I asked for 6 simplistic designs to be made into PES files, I received 1 that was perfect and the rest needed a few very minor tweaks. Which he was happy to make for me. But 1 design had a few more rounds of amends and still didn't come back as I'd have liked it, I'm not sure if it was a language barrier, but I'll be going to another seller to get this one done again. Overall a good experience and would potentially go back again with very simple designs.
